Seats

It is easier to get through narrow doors, on public transport and to climb over and up kerbs. It also has a handbrake on the adjustable handlebar for extra security and safety.
The UPPAbaby vista 2 double is another lightweight option that can be used by twins or a toddler and a baby. The seats have a multi-position reclining with UPF 50plus sunshades. The canopy can be adjusted so that the sun doesn't get into your child's eyes. The Vista 2 can be converted into a triple by adding UPPAbaby’s "PiggyBack" board for older children.
The iCandy Orange double buggies are among the most well-known available. This is due to their outstanding comfort. It's an all-terrain model with a soft suspension, which makes light work of bumpy surfaces. It can accommodate a massive 30 seating configurations and includes a built-in ride-on for older kids who prefer walking and a 'cinema seating' mode which raises the back seat to allow for better visibility.
Alternately, the phil&teds dots is a fantastic single buggy that is available from day one that can then easily adapt to take 2 (or 3!) in various configurations. This is particularly useful if you have a baby in your car. The frame can be adapted to a wedgie that allows for the most optimal lying-flat position. Suspension
The quality of the suspension in a 3-wheel double buggy is vital to how it is easy for you and your child to push. It is crucial to have a smooth ride, because babies can feel every bump that comes along the road. This is particularly relevant if you drive on rough terrain, such as grass or unpaved roads. Some models also come with locking front wheels to help in maneuvering and navigating obstacles such as curbs.
Some models use air-filled tyres, which give you a great all-terrain experience, but they can be prone to punctures, therefore, make sure you have spares in the trunk. Others have foam or gel tyres, designed to withstand bumps and can be less susceptible to punctures, however, you may find them a little stiff and uncomfortable on your child's back when you decide to jog.

MFM reviewer Kath tested the Urban Glide 2 through its trials with her newborn and 3 years old, and found that it performed admirably on difficult terrains: "it navigated effortlessly over bumpy pavements and grass, cobbles and dirt tracks effortlessly and was easy to manoeuvre around corners and get up and down kerbs. It's also very comfortable to jog with the 16" rear wheels and lockable swivel front wheel providing a safe jogging experience."
