Suspension
The quality of the suspension in a 3 wheel double buggy is crucial to how it will be easy for you and your baby to push. Some models also come with locking front wheels to help with maneuvering and getting over obstacles like curbs.
Some models have air-filled tyres which are ideal for all-terrain riding, but they are prone to punctures. Make sure you have a spare set of tyres inside the trunk. Folding
A three-wheeled double buggy can be folded neatly to be stored. There are models that fold flat and stand up (as if they're in a pushchair position) and also those that pop open to reveal an umbrella-like fold that has an electric brake. The more wheels the buggy has, generally, the easier it is to maneuver through rough terrain. This is particularly applicable when the wheels are bigger than average. This will provide you with more stability and decrease the likelihood that your child are likely to tip over or fall over.
